Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

Mitaara does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before purchasing.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only if the product received is incorrect or damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our end.

 

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing [email support]. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

The customer must record an unboxing video while opening the package to be eligible for an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for exchange.

 

We do not entertain exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

 

If the exact replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at [email] within 6 hours of placing the order.

 

Cancellations are only possible between Monday to Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM).

 

Some orders are processed and shipped immediately, and in such cases, cancellation may not be possible.

 

Any amount paid will be credited back to the same payment mode used for the transaction.
